Hopefully this description will answer any questions you may have when ordering your custom
name tape.  If not, please contact us before ordering so we can address any issue you may have.
Please read through each name tape description carefully as the defaults are different for each name tape type. If you want Hook Attachment and it is not listed as a default
YOU MUST ASK FOR IT
!  You will get the defaults if you do not specify something that has a default value.
These are fully customizable name tapes. They are
sold individually and not in sets. You may get your name, simple characters
such as hearts, numbers, and some foreign language punctuation. We do not
create name tapes with profanity. We also have a multitude of thread colors,
please be specific. If you need a burgundy red, do not simply ask for red
thread. We want these to look just as you had imagined them.

thread types including metallic, solar active, neon, fluorescent, iridescent
and glitter.
The initial shipping charge is applied to the first tape, with ten cents added for each additional tape ordered.  Shipping combines automatically when you
increase the order quantity. If you order one, and then go back and order
another the shipping will be doubled. It is possible to order different name
tapes in one order, but please wait for me to correct the shipping prior to
payment if shipping did not combine.

When placing your order please send a separate
eBay message with the instructions. Please copy and paste this table in your
eBay message and fill in the blanks:
Name to be embroidered
Case: Uppercase only or Upper and Lower case
Font: Bold or Slender (
If you state Regular as the font, you will get Bold
)
Thread Color (Silver or Gold threads will not be
metallic if ordered from this listing.)
With or without Hook Attachment.
PLEASE NOTE
:  Please do not use the term Military Spec when ordering.  We know this can vary from vendor and unit and there is no specific font in the regs.  Please look at our samples.  If you want the tape to look a certain way, send us a picture.

If you want a specific color thread, the best way to ensure a match is
to send us a paint color sample from your local hardware store with the color
you want circled.  This is the best way
to ensure a match.  You can send a photo,
but we can only make a good faith attempt to match as quality and display
capabilities can vary from computer to computer.  If you do send us

! Not all PayPal messages come through to us which delays orders for
our clients.
These are made on 7” strips of name tape
material, when Hook Attachment is added they measure 5”. If you need a custom size that
is different please note it. We will custom size tapes with Hook Attachment, from
3″ to 6″ in 1/4″ increments. If you do not need Hook Attachment, we need
to know the exact length of the LETTERING and allow you to trim the excess
material as you need it when you get the name tape.
All lettering is 3/4″ in height, available
space for lettering is 4 1/2″ (5 1/2″ when 6″ Hook Attachment is requested). Please note – long names requesting bold
font may appear thinner than photo, short names requested in bold may appear
fatter than in photo.
Following these simple guidelines will help us to
create your name tapes accurately and in a timely manner. Failure to provide us

Note: OD tape is dyed to create the color.  OD is a blend of green and brown. This will result in shade differences from
dye lot to dye lot –  some favoring the green shade and others favoring the brown.  If you are looking
for an exact match, please send us a picture so that we can determine if we can
match it before you place your order. 
There are no guarantees that we will be able to match it even after we
receive the picture due to the vagaries of monitors, digital quality, etc.  We will try our best. We are subject to the dye lot received from our supplier. We do not dye the tape ourselves.  If a tape has been washed, it will be greener
than the brand new tape.  Please also
bear that in mind.
Some clients want proportional spacing for their orders.  This is requested when you order a service tape, such as U.S. AIR FORCE,  and a tape with a name on it and you want the letters in your name to be the same width as the letters in the service tape.  You need to tell us when you order that you want proportional spacing.  Otherwise, we will use the natural spacing of the font as we believe it makes a richer appearance for the name.
