Velux Slide Bearings (Bushings) for Scissor Opener SO-85 017011 – NEW GENUINE OEM.
These are brand new Slide Bearings for a Velux skylight, roughly for the 1980’s thru 2000-ish. I’m not sure of the fitment so it’s on you to decide if they fit your needs. The pictures included are the items installed on my 1987 Velux skylight. They are really easy to change with your average pliers and a small pin/nail, no specialty tools required.
These bearings are no longer available and likely never will be as rumours are that Velux is not stocking parts for pre-2000 units. Get it while it’s good! I only have 18 of these, the auction is for 2x bearings, enough to repair 1x skylight. FYI If you need the pins to attach these, they are not included. However, most local hardware stores have them for less than $0.25: 5/64″ x 1/4″ tension pins (AKA roll pins, split pins, spring pins)
