This is the aged/reliced version of the original Wilkinson Tele Bridge with 4 aged screws.
Our local metal plating shop ages these for us with a process that gives it a more vintage look with the same great tone.
Please study the photos carefully to get an idea of the finished product. No two are identical but they are all similar.
Dual-Load – string through the body or top load
This is the classic 3-saddle Telecaster bridge design that has been around for over 50 years and is still regarded as the ultimate “tone machine.” With staggered (compensated) brass saddles, individual string intonation is improved over the barrel-saddle design. It is a beautiful upgrade to your Telecaster.
The base plate is a faithful reproduction of the original and is made of steel, which is critical for in a Telecaster bridge due to the effect the steel has on the magnetic field of the pickup mounted within it.
The WTBCR model is manufactured in Korea under license from Trevor Wilkinson and following his specific design for this model.
Includes reliced mounting screws and allen wrench as shown.
